Frequently Asked Questions
How many clients does Franchise Greenhouse have?
That’s a great question. But an even better question is how many clients are we willing to represent? We are a company that believes strongly in giving each of our clients and their prospects the focused time and attention they deserve. As a result, we serve only a handful of new clients at any given time. And that’s not likely to change.
Can any franchise associate with Franchise Greenhouse?
We admit it: We’re selective. Because of our selectivity, our client list is deliberately small. We will only represent franchises that we believe in – which means that we’re only willing to work with companies that have a flagship or corporate store that has been in business for at least two years, at least one year of successful franchising experience, at least two franchises, and a business plan in place. You also must be profitable (and have pro forma statements for our review), have a corporate office established (unless you’re a home-based business) and have a corporate name and logo that are registered.
Is Franchise Greenhouse available to help my company expand internationally?
We are solely a domestic franchise sales company. However we have a sister company, World Franchisors (www.worldfranchisors.com), that provides our same services – and many others – on an international basis.
Where is Franchise Greenhouse based?
Our corporate headquarters are in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Franchise Greenhouse often mentions the fact that it has a more personal, “high touch” sales approach than most. What do you mean by that – and why is it important?
Selling a franchise isn’t like selling soap or widgets. You’re asking people to make a large financial and professional commitment – and to commit to something that will require a lot of their time and energy. At Franchise Greenhouse, we use every communications channel, including face-to-face visits, to ensure your potential franchisees feel valued, listened to and completely comfortable with the prospect of becoming a member of your corporate family. It’s an approach that’s different than many other companies’, and our experience shows that it tends to yield higher results.
